A new monthly sales report have been published by the HTC a bit earlier and this time it even looks better than before. All the talks that the HTC One is going to be breakthrough which is needed by the company desperately seems to be legit. The reports shows that the HTC One Sales are taking off at some great pace.
As compared to the April 2013 reports the monthly sales of the HTC mobile devices has seen a prominent jump of 48% and reached around $969million. The same number if matched with the March reports the sales show a 100% on the rise. HTC seems to beat it’s own 2nd Quarter target of $2.7 Billion sales figures.
Furthermore the reports shows that the sale figures have jumped twice in May when HTC One was put on sales in many countries and carriers although there had been the vital presence of Samsung Galaxy S4 in all markets, couldn’t affect the booming sales of the classic HTC One phone. However the Samsung Galaxy S4 also did achieved 10 million sales mark within a month which itself is quite an achievement for any Samsung smartphone. Meanwhile HTC One also shows some competition to the Giants and reached a praising figure of 5 million sales in the first 45 days.
The HTC One is in the market for the 2nd month now and they are still heads on with Samsung Galaxy S4, but still improving their previous sales record but a two months doesn’t sets a trend this sales must carry on for the rest of the season and to achieve that they have to promote their flagship heavily in those markets where smartphone sales are on the peak including United States and European countries. They should also expand their device portfolio to utilize HTC One halo effect, and come up with still more amazing devices.
The company already following Samsung’s footsteps by introducing more colors to it’s most acclaimed flagship phone, with addition of Red and Blue. The HTC One was already available in Black, Gray and White colors.
