Images of the Sony’s upcoming flagship has been found all over the web as more sites got hands to the leaked photos. The latest rumored images of the Sony Honami “C906” suggests that the device will follow the same Sony Xperia design element especially more of a Sony Xperia Z variant. The device specs sheet shows some powerful aspects hidden inside this beast of a phone.
With the most talked about feature is the Camera of the device which rumored to be 20 megapixel with a Cybershot CMOS sensor and Carl Zeiss lens supported with the LED flash. The camera has the ability to capture the 20MP photos with a clear resolution of 5248 x 3936 while it can capture 4K video with the resolution up to 4000 x 2000 which is surely 4 times better than the current Full-HD 1080 p supported video cameras. This will be the most significant camera lens to be used in a smartphone after the Nokia 808 Pureview and in their upcoming Nokia Lumia 1020 which would have a 41 megapixel camera sensor but both of them lack the 4K video capture feature.
Other than that the Sony Honami will be equipped with a 5-inch Full-HD display witth 1080p resolution and 470ppi pixel density. The device will come with the state of the art and the most powerful smartphone processor the Quad-Core Snapdragon 800, which will have a clock speed of 2.3GHz supported with 2GB of RAM. The device will be powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.
The more interesting news is that with the release of Sony H2 flagship device which is code-named as Sony Honami, the developers also want to introduce the new User Interface they have been developing for the device for some time now. The new UI is much more iOS7 impressed featured looks, with some images surfaced reveal some details about the changes made in the firmware.
The new clock and calendar can be seen in these images, as the developers has adopted more simpler look and feel for this new UI. The calculator app and the contact apps are also made simple and responsive. The addition of new Widgets to the home-screen made this UI even more lively and unique.
