2- Download I9300XXUGMJ9_I9300VFGGMJ5_I9300BUUGMJ3_VFG.zip The file is hosted on Hotfile with the size of 930.3MB
3- Download Samsung Galaxy USB Drivers.
4- Download Download Odin3 v3.09 (From here or here).
Keep in mind the following things before installing the Android 4.3 on your Samsung Galaxy SIII device.
- This firmware will WIPE your device (Perform a backup before flashing)
- This test firmware will NOT increase your binary counter NOR void your warranty.
- This test firmware is a pre-release firmware and not official from Samsung.

1- The most important thing is that you must make sure that your Phone Battery is full charged. Because power shortage during the installation can ends up in bricking your phone.
2- Take a backup of any data that you might need in case you later need to do a factory reset. This includes any data you might have on your internal SD card.
3- Download the ROM’s package (*.zip file) and extract the contents of the downloaded zip file to your computer.
4- Download and install Samsung USB drivers, if they aren’t already installed.
5- Power your phone off and boot it into download mode by holding Home + Power+ Volume down buttons while powering it back on.
6- Launch Odin3 v3.09 on your computer and connect your phone to it via USB. You should get a blue indicator sign on Odin.

8- Add BL_I9300XXUGMJ9_1902166_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5 to BL
9- Add MODEM_I9300BUUGMJ3_REV02_REV04_CL1413323.tar.md5 to CP
10- Add CSC_VFG_I9300VFGGMJ5_1986192_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5 to CSC
11- Now make sure that the Re-Partition option is not ticked.
12- Now every thing is ready just click the start button and sit back It will take some time to inject Android 4.3 XXUGMJ3 in your Galaxy S3 I9300.
13- When it finishes your device will reboot and here it is the Galaxy S3 is updated to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
