As reported earlier, we come across some more leaked images of the upcoming Nokia Lumia 929 smartphone, another addition to the Nokia Windows Phone 8 family of smartphones. It seems like Nokia wants to copy Samsung’s “Smartphone for everyone” policy, by adding a substentianl series of phones in their arsenal.
Nokia Lumia 929 is set to be released soon in United States market as we see the Verizon variant of the device in earlier leaked reports. The Nokia Lumia 929 is composed of a 5-inch Full-HD 1080p display with sharp crystal clear IPS display technology. Inside there is a Quad Core 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor which will be supported by a 2 GB of RAM and the same Adreno 330 GPU which has been found in other Nokia Lumia smartphones as well.
Not confirmed yet but the reports suggests ( As described by The Verge) that the Nokia Lumia 929 will come in only one variant on the basis of internal memory and that is the 32GB version and disappointingly there is no microSD card slot for external memory. But beside all that this will be more of a camera phone which will have the first 20 megapixel ZEISS lens (Earlier Carl Zeiss) supported OIS camera at the back. Which make it a special treat for smartphone camera lovers. The best thing about this camera is that it has been based on the same PureView technology which was used in famous camera phones like Nokia 808 and Nokia Lumia 1020.
In other words the upcoming Nokia Lumia 929 is more of a Lumia 1520 with better camera molded in poly-carbonate casing. The phone will run the Windows Phone 8 OS and there are rumors that the device will have the Windows Phone GDR3 update out of the box loaded with the same best integrated camera app which was previously released with the Nokia Lumia 1020 (The best camera phone yet).
Nokia Lumia 929 have been in news for some time now as the first images of the device did leaked in late September but the device didn’t showed up yet. We hope that the phone will be released early next year.
