The time has come and all the rumors and news about the upcoming iPhone’s unveiling event has been officially confirmed by the Apple authorities with the latest ads and posters showing the 9th of September as the official date of the event with the tag line, ” Wish we could say more”. The event will include the release of the most talked iWatch possibly integrated with the devices running iOS 8. The beta versions of the iOS 8 are already out for the developers, while the final one is expected to be released in the same event.
But this time the event will not take place in the famous Yerba Buene Art Centar in San Francisco where Apple has unveiled most of its devices including the iPhone’s, iPad’s or the iPod’s. This time the launching event of the iPhone will be hosted in the Flint Center, which is famous for the performing Arts. The image of the stage can be seen in the image above. This is the same place where Late CEO Steve Jobs had released Apple’s first ever Macintosh Computer in 1984. This new venue has a capacity of seating more spectators then the YB Art Center.
But just days before the event there are some rumors pointing towards the high price tags are also quite popular all over the web, there are reports that the iPhone 6 variant with the 5.5 inch display could cost $960. If it is true then it would be the most costly iPhone ever made by the company. The sources claims that the device will be made of a different advanced material including the sapphire screen which has not been seen in any other device manufactured by Apple yet. While Apple is ready to make 200 million units in this fiscal year. While the 4.7 inch model will have the same material used in the previous devices. Thus the price of the 4.7 inch variant may be low as compared to the 5.5 inch variant.
The same high price tags are being reported for the first ever iWatch which may have a $400 value when made available for sale in the market. Lets wait for the event and here is the official poster released for the event.
