Asus Zen 5 Lite revealed in Philippines, with 5 inch display and Dual Core processor.


Asus has revealed yet another mid range Android smartphone in addition to their lists of smartphones. The new Asus Zen 5 Lite is a mid range device with enlisted model number A502CG. The name shows that it is the newly made lighter version of the famous Zen Fone 5 which is regarded as the High End device for the company.

The Asus Zen 5 Lite has a 5-inch IPS display with the qHD 540 x 960 pixels resolution and 220 ppi pixel density. The 5 inch display got the Oleophobic coating with multi touch features and the standard 16 million colors capacity. Under the display the device has a mid range Intel Atom Z2520 chiped dual core 1.2 GHz processor supported with the 1 GB of RAM without any GPU support. On the connectivity issue the device has the standard WiFi antenna, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB 2.0.

Beside this the device has a 8 megapixel which has a resolution of  3264 x 2448 pixels loaded with the features like autofocus and there is an LED flash. The device has another VGA camera on the front of the device. The ZenFone 5 Lite runs the Android 4.4.4 KitKat and the makers have no idea to upgrade the device to the Android Lollipop 5.0.


With the Dual SIM capability the device will be made public with the first destination to be set is Philippines with the price tag of $124 and will be made available in different vibrant colors.
