How To Root XXUDOA6 Android 5.0.1 on Galaxy S4 LTE-A I9506

Now that you’ve updated your Galaxy S4 LTE-A I9506 to XXUDOA6 Android 5.0.1, in this guide i’ll tell you how to XXUDOA6 Android 5.0.1 on Galaxy S4 LTE-A I9506 . As i have told you before if you device was previously rooted and you updated your device to official firmware you’ll lose your root, but no need to worry in the following guide i’ll tell you how to root your Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A I9506 again. Unfortunately we cannot use CF-Auto-Root at this time, So in order to root Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A I9506 we’ve to use custom TWRP Recovery.

In the following step by step guide i’ll tell you how to Root XXUDOA6 Android 5.0.1 on Galaxy S4 LTE-A I9506  using TWRP Recovery. But before proceeding any further make sure your phone is on this firmware version by going to Settings > About device. Also backup all your personal data before performing root on your device, once you device is rooted you’ll lose void you warranty. Step#1: First you have to install TWRP Recovery on your Samsung Galaxy S4.

Step#2: Download the SuperSU Root (UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.45.zip)

Step#3: Connect your Galaxy S4 with PC and copy/paste BETA-SuperSU-v2.45.zip file in your SD Card.

Step#4: Disconnect your device form PC and turn off your device.

Step#5: Boot your device into recovery mode by pressing and holding Home+Power+Volume Up button together.

Step#6: Now you’ll be in Recovery Mode, scroll down and find “flash zip from SD card” now use power button to select it.

Step#7: Again press the power button to select “choose zip from sdcard”.

Step#8: Use your volume key to scroll down until you find BETA-SuperSU-v2.44.zip file, press power button the select it to start the process.

Step#9: Once installation is completed, go back to main menu and select “reboot system now“ using power button.
