Dropbox has just announced a new update to its Android client with a very attractive novelty: a viewer for PDFs. Now, every time you open a document in this format we must not rely on other tools. The best part? It works with any document we have in the memory of our Android.

Whether an attachment in an email or one that we have stored in Dropbox cloud, we can open it without problems. We can also share documents individually with the option in question. When we do this, they are added to the folder “Sent Items” in Dropbox.

DropBox Features:

• Always have your stuff with you, no matter where you are.
• Save photos and videos to your Dropbox.
• Share your photos and docs with family and friends.
• Save email attachments straight to your Dropbox.
• Easily edit docs in your Dropbox.

This update has also added the ability to search the text of the documents. From PDFs to doc documents in Word and PowerPoint presentations, we save time finding words or phrases in particular, if there are multiple results, the application will show in yellow the different matches.

The update is free, nothing new, and it is certain that arrives just in time. The recent days has been rumored that Google Drive prepares a system to automatically upload photos, which already had Dropbox but Google serving badly needed to be competitive since management through photos and Google Plus is a bit confusing.
