Download ADB Tools and unpack the zip file
Make sure you have Nexus 7 drivers installed on your computer

Step 1: First of all Backup your device as mentioned above.
Step 2: Now shut it down and then restart it in the FastBoot Mode by pressing and holding the Volume down + Power button as seen in the image.
Step 3: Now Make sure to select the recovery mode from the given menu.

Step 5:Now you have to open the Downloaded Firmware pack and Extract it in your ADB Tools FOlder.
