Sometimes we need to change USB connection option on our Android devices, most of us know about it but for those who don’t know. Here’s how to change USB connection options on Samsung Galaxy S5. When ever you connect your Samsung Galaxy device with Pc you’ll get two options USB Mass Storage (UMC or MSC) and the Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). There is little bit of difference between these modes but you can transfer files, videos, photos etc.

Step#1: First connect your device with PC/Desktop.
Step#2: Once your device is connected with PC, touch the notification bar and drag it to down.
Step#3: Now in notification menu you see ‘Connected as a camera’. Tap on it.
Step#4: You will be prompted with other available USB options and you can choose what you want.
Step#5: Tap on the option you want to choose.
Step#6: When you choose MTP or Media device, you can easily transfer files between PC and device.
Step#7: If you choose MSC or UMS, the UMS or MSC lets you to access files through a car-kit.
