Cyanogen continues to take steps to further emancipating itself from Google , and the next stop on its ambitious path seems to remain in the basic applications, particularly in the dialer to make and receive calls . To really get your goal this application has to be at least as smart as the native Android although they aspire to overcome. That’s why Cyanogen has announced in his blog about their association with TrueCaller to create an application that fits what users are looking for, and is smart enough so that when we receive a call from a number you do not know us know who is to decide if you catch them or not the call.
In this way we will avoid such conventional situations like today to take a call from a phone number or mobile home to discover (too late) that it is a business that wants to try to sell your product in power.
And all because the native application calls Cyanogen OS from now incorporate an identifier that will help us identify unknown numbers , and even warn us if there have been others that have marked this phone number as spam, allowing the power to block passage to follow not bothering us.
One Plus and Yureka be the first two manufacturers that will benefit from this new calling application in devices that have chosen to include Cyanogen OS standard , and if users are not happy with their performance at least it does have the opportunity not to use or uninstall the application if they wanted to.
