So finally the White LG Nexus 4 has been announced by the company, as there were too much hype created as we saw some leaked images of the device showed up a couple of weeks ago and continuously spotted some new images leaked on every platform. The LG Nexus 4 White will be the latest version of the most popular LG smartphone which helped in making some better sales for the company. The LG Nexus 4 was developed with the collaboration of Google.
The device will be first released in Hong Kong markets and will be available from tomorrow May the 29th. The Nexus 4 White mostly have the same specs sheet as its older black variant had at the time of launch. the device will have the same 4.7-inch display with a true HD resolution IPS Plus screen, on the inside the device will be powered with a Quad-Core Snapdragon S4 Pro Processor which will be supported with a 2 GB of RAM. The device will be available in 8GB and 16GB models with the price is expected to remain the same as an 8GB device will be available for $299. The older Black variant of the LG Nexus 4 had the same price tag at the time of launch last year.
We had been informed earlier that the White model of the LG Nexus 4 will be available for sales on 10th of June, but the company decided to unveil the handset earlier than we had expected. The earlier models of the Nexus smartphones, that were Samsung Nexus S and the Samsung Galaxy Nexus both had the Black and White editions so this should not be really surprising that the Nexus 4 is having a white version too, however the only difference here is that this White LG Nexus 4 is a bit late.
At the press release on the launching ceremony the CEO of LG Mobiles Communications Company, DR. Jong-Seok Park said that, ” Nexus 4 set the standards for Android 4.2 Jelly Bean smartphones”. He added more with saying, ” Nexus 4 White delivers the same Google experience to consumers in a stylish and attractive color option.”
A mentioned earlier the device will hit the markets in Hong Kong from tomorrow and then it will be rolled out to different markets globally including specific markets in Asia and Middle East. Some main carriers from Europe and United States will be added later in a week or two.
