Samsung has been quite happy with the sales of their most admired galaxy series phone the Galaxy S4. The company has shown some reports which shows that Samsung Galaxy S4 is the fastest selling smartphone of all time for Samsung. The Galaxy S3 was also a fast seller but this Galaxy S4 has broken all records. The reports suggests that there has been over 6 million units of the Galaxy S4 shipped in just two weeks time.
The officials at Korean News have reported that the sale ratio of the Galaxy S4 has been seen quite significant as compared to the Galaxy SIII which took around 50 Days to reach the 50 Million mark. With current ratio the Samsung Galaxy S4 will take less than a month to reach the 50 million sales mark. This obviously will be a huge success for the Samsung and it will boost their revenue for the 3rd quarter of 2013.
Samsung already have shown their aims to sell more than 100 million Galaxy S4 smartphones. However they have been found facing the built issue as the components used in the making have been found much slower to produce. So to cope with the higher demand, Samsung decided to pack 70% of the first 10 million devices with Snapdragon 600 processors instead of the announced Exynos 5 Octa processors.
Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone is equipped a 5-inch full HD display, a 1.9GHz Snapdragon 600 processor and a 13-megapixel camera. The device also includes 2GB of RAM, a microSD slot, NFC, up to 64GB of internal storage and a handful of unique features built into Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
