CES 2015 is over and demand and is set to the next big event, which except for specific meetings such as HTC, will focus around the end of February and early March. Yes, exactly for the next MWC in Barcelona. And one of the companies expect more movement is Samsung . With the latest leaked reports and rumors that are flooding in from all the directions the Samsung Galaxy S6 will have 4 GB of RAM to be chipped under the hood. This will be the first Android device with a 4GB RAM installed in. This news has been reported on a well known Korean source which has been acclaimed as one of the most authentic source for such leaked news.

We have reported this in one our older posts as well that the Galaxy S6 may have the 4GB RAM installed in which will support the Snapdragon 810 Exynos 7420 chipset processor and the Adreno GPU which is most expectedly the latest one to be found in the Galaxy S6. The device is expected to have a QHD 1440 x 2560 pixels display with the pixel density of 500+ ppi. This will make Galaxy S6’s display one of the best in the modern day smartphones.


The device will have a 20 megapixel optical image stabilization loaded lens mounted at the back of the device and another 5 megapixel camera on the front.
