Step 1: First of all you should be assure to update your Xiaomi Mi 3 device to the latest build MIUI (V23).
Step 2: Follow to this link and download the required files and save those files to the internal storage of your device.
Step 3: Now tap on the settings menu on your Mi3, Settings>> About Phone>> System Update
Step 4: Once the phone is done with checking the system settings. Tap on Menu>> Select Update package button. Now select the Root Package that you have downloaded from the link given above and stored it in Phone’s internal memory.
