The Finals changes its balance every season, so older lists are easy to get wrong. We used the Season 11 ranking from Games.gg, published on June 4, 2026, which includes the FCAR buff, and we flag where other guides disagree. Because the source ranks only some weapons, this is a guide to the main picks, not an exhaustive list of every gun.

The Finals weapon tier list below puts every ranked weapon from all three classes into one block. The class is shown beside each weapon.

Best Light Weapons

• XP-54 (S): the best SMG for the class, accurate, fast and easy to use.
• LH1 (S): a semi-auto battle rifle with a 2x headshot multiplier, deadly if your aim is good.
• V9S (A): a rapid-fire pistol that performs better than it looks.
• SH1900 (A): a double-barrel shotgun that pairs well with the Cloaking Device for an annoying playstyle.
• M11 (B): a faster fire rate than the XP-54, but worse in most other areas.

Best Medium Weapons

• FCAR (S): buffed in Season 11, and it dominates mid-range fights.
• AKM (S): a reliable mid-range weapon that works best alongside the Healing Beam.

The Medium class is built around supporting your team, so weapon choice matters less than gadgets such as the Healing Beam. That is why only two Medium weapons need mentioning: the FCAR for longer fights and the AKM for reliable, closer support play. If you are new, start with the AKM and move to the FCAR once you are comfortable at range.

Best Heavy Weapons

• SA1216 (S): an auto-shotgun that wins close-range fights easily.
• M60 (A): an LMG with a large magazine and buffed recoil. It is weaker at mid-range but strong elsewhere.
• Lewis Gun (B): trails the M60 in most situations in this ranking.

Where Guides Disagree

The Finals tier lists conflict more than most. An older esports.gg ranking put the M11 in S tier and the V9S in D tier, which is the opposite of the Season 11 list above. It also ranked the Lewis Gun and Sledgehammer as top Heavy picks. Another popular list rates the XP-54 and V9S highly for Light players. The lesson is to check the season and patch date before trusting any ranking.
