2XKO Referral Codes (Retired): Free to Play [November 2026]

2XKO referral codes are retired. The personal invite URL system only ran during the closed beta, so there are no working codes to list here, and any old links no longer work. The good news is that anyone can now download and play 2XKO for free. The game fully launched for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S with crossplay and cross-progression. One more update:, Riot Games ended active development and announced a wind-down plan, unlocked every champion for all players, and confirmed the October patch as the final content update, though servers will stay live beyond 2026.

What Were 2XKO Referral Codes?

During the 2XKO closed beta, referral codes were personal invite URLs given to selected players. Each link let a beta tester invite a small number of friends, usually three, into the PC-only test. Before launch, this invite system was the only way for most players to get into the game.

That system ended with the closed beta. PC early access wrapped up on October 7, 2025, and 2XKO launched as a free-to-play game on January 20, 2026. Referral links stopped working at that point, and the live game has no invite system at all.

How To Play 2XKO Now

You do not need a code or an invite to play 2XKO in October 2026. The game is free to download from the official 2XKO site or through the Riot Client. Just log in with your Riot account, install the game, and you are ready to play.

2XKO is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with full crossplay and cross-progression, so you can team up with friends and carry your progress across platforms.

2XKO Wind-Down: What Changed

On August 20, 2026, Riot Games ended active development on 2XKO and announced a wind-down plan. Since September 8, 2026, when Lux released, every champion is unlocked for all players at no cost, and Riot refunded purchases made before the announcement.

The October patch is the last content update: Sett and Samira join as the final champions on October 27. A final bug-fix release follows in December. Servers will stay live beyond 2026 with no end date set, so the game remains fully playable.

Do 2XKO Referral Codes Still Work?

No. They no longer work, and there is no way to generate or redeem new ones. The invite URL system was switched off when the closed beta ended.

If you see anyone offering invite links now, ignore them. You do not need one. The game is free to download and play for everyone.

Tips For New 2XKO Players

Jumping into 2XKO in October 2026? Here is how to make the most of it.

Try the full roster for free. Every champion has been unlocked for all players since September 8, 2026, including Lux and the final additions Sett and Samira from the October 27 patch.
Play with friends on any platform. 2XKO supports crossplay and cross-progression across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Never pay for invites or accounts. The invite system is retired and the game itself is free, so anyone selling access is running a scam.
Enjoy the final content while it lasts. The October patch is the last major update, with a final bug-fix release coming in December, but servers will stay online beyond 2026.
