Why Aren’t My Codes Working?

It can be frustrating when a code doesn’t work. Here are the most common reasons why redemption fails :

Expired: The code has passed its valid redemption date. Check the expiration dates in our table above.
Case Sensitivity: You must enter the code with the correct uppercase and lowercase letters. Copying and pasting is the safest method.
Already Used: Most codes can only be redeemed once per account.
Usage Limit: Some codes have a global limit on how many times they can be used. Once that limit is hit, the code dies.
Regional Restrictions: A code released for the U.S. server might not work on Asian or European servers, and vice versa.
