How to Redeem Idle Heroes Codes

Redeeming codes is simple. Follow these steps to claim your rewards.

Open the game: Launch Idle Heroes on your device.
Go to Cool Events: Tap the “Cool Events” icon on the top-right of the main screen.
Select Exchange Gifts: Choose the “Exchange Gifts” tab from the menu.
Enter the code: Type or paste the code exactly as shown.
Click Exchange: Confirm redemption.
Check your mailbox: Rewards will be sent to your in-game mail.

For PC players using emulators like BlueStacks, the process is the same. Copy-pasting code is recommended to avoid typos.

Common Reasons Why Codes May Not Work

Sometimes codes fail to redeem. Here are common reasons and solutions.

Expired Codes: Codes have short validity periods. For example, event codes may expire in 48 hours.
Regional Restrictions: Some codes work only in specific regions or servers.
Case Sensitivity: Codes must be entered exactly as written. Avoid spaces or typos.
Redemption Limits: Codes can be used only once per account.
Progress Requirements: Some codes require completing campaign stages (e.g., IH777 needs Campaign 3-10).

If a code does not work, check official DHGAMES social media or community forums for updates.

Expert Tips for Maximizing Rewards

Here are some strategies to get the most out of Idle Heroes codes.

Follow Official Channels: DHGAMES releases codes on Facebook, YouTube, and Discord. Follow them for timely updates.
Redeem Immediately: Codes expire quickly. Use them as soon as possible.
Save Resources for Events: Hoard Summon Scrolls and Prophet Orbs for events like Hero Lottery or Summon Festivals to get extra rewards.
Focus on One Hero: In the early game, invest resources in building one powerful E5 hero rather than multiple weak ones.
Join an Active Guild: Guilds provide additional resources through daily check-ins and Guild Wars.

Idle Heroes has over 10 million downloads, making code redemption highly competitive. Acting fast is crucial.
