How to Redeem Your Codes

Redeeming your codes in Sonic Forces is simple. Just follow these steps precisely, as the codes are case-sensitive.

Launch Sonic Forces: PvP Battle Race on your iOS or Android device and wait for the main screen to load.
Tap the Store icon on the main screen.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Store to find the Gift Code box.
Enter your code exactly as shown in the table above (codes are case-sensitive).
Tap OK to claim your rewards instantly.

Note for iOS users: If you cannot find the Gift Code box, your app may need an update. Visit the App Store and ensure you have the latest version of Sonic Forces installed.

Common Code Redemption Problems

Sometimes a code won’t work, and it’s usually due to a simple fix. Here are the most common issues and how to solve them.

“Invalid Code” Error: This usually means you have a typo or the code has expired. Double-check the spelling and the expiration date.
Gift Code Box Missing: Your game app is likely outdated. Update Sonic Forces through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then check the bottom of the Store again.
Code Worked, No Reward: Server lag can sometimes delay the delivery. Restart the game. If the rewards still don’t appear after 10 minutes, you should contact SEGA Support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the same gift code on multiple devices?

No. Each code is tied to a single user account and can only be redeemed once. If you play on multiple devices, ensure you are logged into the same account where the code was claimed.

What do I do if a Sonic Forces code doesn’t work?

First, re-enter the code carefully to check for typos, as they are case-sensitive. If it still fails, the code may have expired or has already been used on your account. You can verify the expiration dates in our Active Codes table.

Are there any permanent codes still active?

Most codes are time-limited and expire. However, a few legacy promotions occasionally remain active for extended periods. It’s always best to check our active list for the latest working codes.

How can I get more Sonic Forces codes?

Follow the official SEGA and Sonic the Hedgehog accounts on Twitter/X. Join the official Sonic Discord server and check community hubs like r/SonicForces on Reddit. Subscribing to the SEGA newsletter can also grant you exclusive codes.

Is it safe to use online code generators?

No, absolutely not. Websites offering “code generators” are scams designed to steal your personal information or install malware. SEGA does not endorse any third-party generators. Only use codes officially released by SEGA.
