Statcounter is down or dead showing “This page isn’t working” Fix. [July 2020]

Statcounter is one of the best website Analytic network. But since last night many people are complaining that Statcounter is down or dead showing ” This Page isn’t Working” error. Such issues occur most of the time for different websites and can be resolved by simply clearing the cookies.

To Fix this Page isn’t Working Error on Statcounter. Here is the default procedure.

• Open your Browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc)
• Go to Settings
• Search for Cache & Cookies.
• Select all of the data
• Click on Clear

Once you successfully clear the Cache and the data. You can access the site.

But if you are getting this “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” issue. Then you might have to wait since its from the server-side.

Currently till today 12th of July 2020. The StatCounter site is still down and we aren’t able to access the helpdesk of the developers.

So wait for the fix from their side.

@statcounter Is there an issue with the web login? the Android app is OK.. With the web I put my details in and it just returns to your home page.. tried on a number of browsers and on my mobile, same result.
