Watchers of Realms Heroes Tier List: Stop Wasting Resources on the Wrong Units
Look, I get it. You just saw that purple or gold glow, your heart skipped a beat, and you pulled a hero you’ve never used before. The art looks incredible, the skills sound powerful, but now you are staring at your limited pile of EXP potions and Skill Dust, sweating.
“Is this hero actually good, or am I about to waste weeks of resources on a benchwarmer?”
We have all been there. In Watcher of Realms, resources are the real bottleneck. You cannot afford to max out everyone. That is exactly why I put together this Watchers of Realms Heroes Tier List.

This isn’t just a random ranking based on who looks the coolest (though let’s be honest, Morrigan looks amazing). This is based on raw performance in the modes that actually matter: Gear Raids, Guild Boss, and the Void Rift. Here at Axeetech, I want to save you the headache of building a “cool” hero who hits like a wet noodle when you actually need them to carry a lane.
Let’s get into the rankings.
The Complete Watchers of Realms Heroes Tier List:
Below is the interactive breakdown of the current meta. Click on “Details” to see exactly how each hero performs in specific game modes like Campaign, Void Rift, and Raids.
Tactician Class Heroes
Here are all heroes from the new Tactician class that will be able to freely move around the battlefield

ⓘDetails
Valara is a versatile AoE damage dealer and stunner. Her ultimate lets you reposition her to deliver DPS wherever needed. She is the new tactical hero you want; if you’re looking for a strong, flexible pick, choose her. She can solo lower Gear Raids, moving between melee and platform tiles, and her high damage output and long range make her formidable.

ⓘDetails
He is a tactician healer who buffs attack and HP while offering a long range. His kit resembles Dolores', but with added freeze, damage, and the ability to move with his ultimate.

ⓘDetails
Although some mechanics feel odd, Leikan simply uses speed to spam Final Judgment, dealing substantial damage and providing the expected support of a tactician.

ⓘDetails
Moriden is a charging single‑target damage dealer with strong potential, especially against certain bosses. His kit scales up until his ultimate is ready, then delivers a powerful burst to a sturdy target. He is likely to be near the meta but not meta‑shaping. Valara is expected to be meta. If you must choose between them, pick Valara; playing both is also fine.

ⓘDetails
He can shield, heal, and support allies in a target area. I believe he will be the weakest of the new tacticians for now, which is a tough thing to say, but continue reading. In some modes he outperforms solid and good heroes, but the main issue is that he is a free legendary, and that comes with a caveat: you need to build him well to be effective. That's where the investment comes in. He is fun, does a lot, elevates many teams, and works in many modes, so the investment pays off. A3 is a turning point where he starts delivering more than just shield and support, and can keep up with older generation damage dealers. I think tactician class heroes will stay in Watcher of Realms, and the devs intentionally overpowered them. From what I've seen on test servers and reports, they all perform strongly, and Valara and Moriden are top of the meta right from release.

ⓘDetails
He is free from the crossover event, yet he is the worst collab hero. He does no damage because he scales off HP, which doesn't fit his role. Very disappointing.
Defender Class Heroes
Here are all defender class heroes to pick from

ⓘDetails
Her AoE damage has a large radius and scales with her HP—the sturdier she is, the more damage she deals. She also provides shields that reduce incoming damage and can even cheat death. A true powerhouse for holding a lane, with many viable options.

ⓘDetails
Erlang Shen can reach the top tier with an S+ rating, but that requires the bond skill with Ne Zha. We usually evaluate heroes separately, yet pairing them makes him a top‑tier defender with plenty of utility. He offers damage reduction on both sides, can target air units, and deals solid damage for a defender. He also provides an arena cost reduction. There are many more benefits, but the heavy paywall explains why.

ⓘDetails
Draelyn is a defender who heals and reduces damage taken by nearby allies, giving her a unique and powerful kit that is useful in many modes. While banner pulls are uncertain due to anniversary banners, she is a solid choice for a defender in Watcher of Realms. Her ability to convert excess healing into a shield and survive fatal blows makes her especially effective.

ⓘDetails
His immunity and damage reflection mechanic can swing battles by reflecting damage instead of absorbing it.

ⓘDetails
A powerful defender in Watcher of Realms, Brokkir provides shielding, resists fatal damage, grants immunity, and buffs allies' defense.

ⓘDetails
Strong tank that also delivers knockback and AoE damage, capable of holding a lane solo.

ⓘDetails
Olague is one of the top defenders in Watcher of Realms, thanks to his passive that constantly provides shielding.

ⓘDetails
Self-reviving tank that justifies his rank. Low maintenance, strong impact, and deals significant damage when awakened.

ⓘDetails
Strong crowd control and damage, but only obtainable during events.

ⓘDetails
Healer, buffer, and blocker, useful in sections where she can shield enemies and heal nearby fighters.

ⓘDetails
Excellent range, summon kit, area damage, and can survive fatal hits across multiple stages.

ⓘDetails
A solid tank that deals great damage. With healers nearby, he can sustain a lot while boosting your team's damage output.

ⓘDetails
He can tank most enemies, and when a strong defender is down, he performs exceptionally well.

ⓘDetails
Solid defender who can also deal damage and block, but requires strong support and constant healing to survive.

ⓘDetails
He performs well in Arena and contributes, but he's not a tank that can absorb much damage or deal heavy blows. He's solid overall, yet not the primary defender you need.

ⓘDetails
A solid overall defender, especially at epic level, delivering decent damage and capable of carrying you in Gear Raid II.

ⓘDetails
Isolde is a dependable epic defender, excelling in the early to mid game and ideal for activating the lord bonus on your carry heroes. She struggles to scale later, but building her early gives you a solid defender you can rely on for a long time.

ⓘDetails
A defender who keeps allies alive. Why isn’t he ranked higher? Other defenders ranked above him defend just as well, yet he offers no buffs or shielding except the ability to survive fatal blows for allies.

ⓘDetails
Too inconsistent as a defender, especially for the end-game legendary role his skill kit promises.

ⓘDetails
Not particularly impressive.

ⓘDetails
She’s a decent defender, but not the best. Build her until you find a better option, then stop investing in her.

ⓘDetails
He doesn't scale enough to stay viable beyond a certain point, and even before that, there's insufficient gear to make him effective. Overall, you'll likely replace him sooner than later.

ⓘDetails
It stuns, but there are many better options in Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
He was built as an Arena defender to deal damage with his Plague, but he struggles to hold position and requires a lot of support or another tank. I prefer a solid tank and use the extra slot for a strong damage dealer.

ⓘDetails
Theoretically viable, but her healing range is too limited and her fixed scaling fails to provide effective support. I recommend not using her; there are many more useful defenders available early in the game, making her build unnecessary.

ⓘDetails
Orim only shines when built for damage; otherwise he's subpar. Why bother with a hybrid defender‑damage hero when a pure damage dealer would be better?

ⓘDetails
Titus is a self-healing defender who must take damage to heal and cannot be healed by others. In late game he can no longer stand.
Fighter Class Heroes
Here are all fighter class heroes to pick from

ⓘDetails
The craziest fighter hero the game offers, even without the hero bond with Erlang, and an exclusive artifact will be added later. He deals massive damage and can target airborne enemies. Incredible. Just incredible.

ⓘDetails
This hero is insane. With the right investment, he will nuke and crowd-control everything in his path. Pairing him with Anore amplifies the effect. The investment is expensive, but it’s worth it if you want that power.

ⓘDetails
Kigiri is a fighter who can charge and demolish large areas. His kit is compelling, making him a meta fighter in Watcher of Realms for a while.

ⓘDetails
His skills are more moderate than the overpowered fighters, but don’t be fooled. He is one of the apex fighter heroes in Watcher of Realms, delivering reliable, straightforward damage with stun and defense‑ignoring abilities. He isn’t a blocker; he takes down sturdy enemies no matter what.

ⓘDetails
A powerful HP-based damage dealer; scale him by boosting tankiness, damage mitigation, and output.

ⓘDetails
The designers overdid this hero with extra horns, a larger sword, and glowing wings—perhaps a bit much. Still, you get plenty of rewards for pulling him. He's very strong and can hold the line solo thanks to his quick stance switching.

ⓘDetails
Delivers strong single-target burst damage, useful in most game modes of Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Twyla is a powerful hero with a kit you will love, but she has two major drawbacks. First, you must pair her with Hex in your lineup—a requirement that can be met but limits flexibility. Second, her range is only one tile, and with a block of 2, her positioning is very specific. Without these constraints, her damage output would rank her among the top heroes, as it scales like a relentless train.

ⓘDetails
Initially I thought his kit was overly complicated, but he is actually stable and excels at maintaining control. When allies are within his ultimate range, his cooldown drops, allowing him to snowball rapidly.

ⓘDetails
This fighter excels at poison synergy with Vixera and Nastya, delivering insane damage when set up correctly. However, for most players, investing in it may not be worthwhile.

ⓘDetails
His high overall damage output makes him a valuable hero in almost all game modes, and he synergizes well with many builds.

ⓘDetails
His stats are sky-high, with strong area damage and stun, justifying his top-tier ranking. If he weren’t a fighter, he’d be even higher.

ⓘDetails
Valderon is a chaotic hero who deals massive damage and buffs himself beyond normal limits. He needs support to survive, like any fighter in Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Zilitu excels at delivering massive damage in Guild Boss battles.

ⓘDetails
Elysia is one of the strongest epic heroes for active damage in Watcher of Realms. Her kit scales heavily, featuring a rage engine, true damage, a Lord Skill, and the ability to target air units as a fighter. With excellent range, building her is a clear and powerful choice when available.

ⓘDetails
Her kit excels as a second‑line defender, attacking rapidly and dealing massive damage. She can also hold a lane solo, striking enemies before they reach her. Very fun to play.

ⓘDetails
With Arrogance and a solid Nightmare Council build, she becomes extremely powerful and boosts the team. Without that synergy, she is still decent but not a top pick, so her ranking depends on the situation.

ⓘDetails
He regenerates cost, and while his hits are strong, he is best used in the arena as an early drop to quickly generate extra cost and speed up deployment chains.

ⓘDetails
She deals massive damage, but her kit requires redeployment every 20 seconds, making her maintenance-heavy. Other fighters can match her damage with less upkeep.

ⓘDetails
Rygar excels at boss fights with his defense‑breaking attacks and stuns. Build him long‑term once your core team is solid to maximize rewards from boss modes.

ⓘDetails
His kit may seem chaotic, especially if you don't want to spend heavily on Diaochan. He excels in arenas and is a solid hero for your lineup, but building him can be costly.

ⓘDetails
Amazing offensive tank with high base HP and useful in many game modes.

ⓘDetails
Strong damage and solid mechanics.

ⓘDetails
Pair him with Infernal Blast heroes and add burn damage to targets, especially when they are sturdy. He is a solid fighter who struggles slightly with range but offers good control damage and some support by buffing Infernal Blast allies. He’s not a must‑build, but can be used for a long time.

ⓘDetails
Like other fighters, Calista has useful mechanics: she knocks enemies back and deals extra damage to unblocked targets. This gives her strong crowd‑control, grouping enemies and holding them back. Even when the number of foes exceeds her block value, she can serve better as an off‑tank defending against crowds.

ⓘDetails
Aeris resembles a 2024 version of Valkyra. He offers solid damage and lane‑clearing, but some kit elements are confusing—especially his ultimate, which only targets airborne units. While there are occasional benefits, you cannot reliably use him to clear airborne units within range, so the utility is limited. He is a good pick if you lack a ranged fighter, but if you already have one, he may not be worth the effort.

ⓘDetails
Her kit is strong, with cool mechanics and high base stats that make her an interesting fighter. She may not dominate everywhere, but she performs well in most areas, and I love that her ultimate becomes permanent after two uses.

ⓘDetails
A kit that combines shielding, damage, and damage buffs for shielded allies.

ⓘDetails
Strong bleed damage dealer, but needs support due to self-damage and low sustainability.

ⓘDetails
High damage and self-sufficient—no support needed, plug-and-play.

ⓘDetails
His mechanics and support are interesting, but he is ultimately not useful due to low damage and slow attacks.

ⓘDetails
Amazing Lord bonuses.

ⓘDetails
Cerberus has several key traits. He deals high damage, but his kit is designed to act as a last line of defense, preventing enemies from advancing and allowing him to die and be redeployed. Players often find him fragile at first, but once you learn to let him die and redeploy, his kit becomes effective. His revival time increases with each death, so he functions more as a "you‑shall‑not‑pass" hero than a disposable one.

ⓘDetails
His damage scales with his own max HP, making him strong in Build Boss teams.

ⓘDetails
She is decent, but her abilities are not unique compared to other heroes in Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Solid fighter with good sustain, dodging, and strong performance against most enemies, except airborne ones.

ⓘDetails
Not overly overpowered, but a solid hero who can deal damage in specific maps and situations.

ⓘDetails
Awakening speeds ally respawns, and her team lifesteal makes her a strong hero.

ⓘDetails
I forgot about Selene and thought she wouldn't be released. She was the last hero in the open beta in early 2023, but she wasn't great then. Since then, she's a nice event hero with a cool look, but she has no relevance in the meta and is not useful beyond the early game.

ⓘDetails
He can deal substantial damage and perform many tasks, but his pulls lower stats and scale, demanding careful attention. He's not a plug‑and‑play hero in Watchers of Realms.

ⓘDetails
A fighter with an air focus can be useful in niche situations, but there are few cases that justify investing in him.

ⓘDetails
She needs a shield for both her passive and ultimate. Even though powerful, she won’t switch targets after an overkill, wasting potential. The North faction also doesn’t align well with her kit.

ⓘDetails
Magda is a decent hero, but not worth building. She relies on allies dying to boost her Crit Damage and requires constant use of her ultimate, while her range limits effectiveness. Even with lucky pulls, she’s not worth investing in. She can perform well in GR1, but many other heroes are better options, and you likely already have a solid lineup there. I don’t see the point in focusing on her.

ⓘDetails
Good for GR1 (funny, right?) and offers decent AoE damage with the Ultimate, but not essential in Watchers of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Valeriya delivers strong damage when it matters most, and her passive can keep her alive during her ultimate. However, each hit drains her health, and without substantial shielding and robust healing she often dies when using her ultimate, making it suboptimal in many scenarios.

ⓘDetails
Valkyra excels as a support behind a defender, dealing piercing damage and applying a strong debuff. Her low block rate can be frustrating, but her revive ability is occasionally valuable. While she could be considered epic, the investment required to reach legendary status is questionable compared to other legendaries. I pulled her first and she carried me for a long time in early modes as an off‑tank, but she has since fallen out of favor.

ⓘDetails
Primarily lowers the DEF of tough enemies, but his own weaknesses make him more of an enabler for other heroes. He can deal damage only when his own DEF reduction is active on the target, and only if no stronger effect is present.

ⓘDetails
Decent hero, not exceptional, but his silencing basic attacks can stall and hold enemies while a tank closes the gap. One of the better epic fighter heroes in Watcher of Ealms.

ⓘDetails
He is not an impressive new fighter. While his kit design is solid, the main issue is that, like other fighter-class heroes in Watcher of Realms whose damage scales with a stat other than attack (his case: HP), they become ineffective in later stages. You can acquire him and hope for a future redesign, but in his current state he will become a dust collector after the early game.

ⓘDetails
He must finish enemies with his ultimate or die. The ultimate is a burst that works best against waves of mobs. If no enemies are present, his healer must keep him alive, because the ultimate can kill him.

ⓘDetails
Consecutive strikes and whirlwind attacks are impressive, but ultimately Voroth is a solid epic fighter – nothing more, nothing less.

ⓘDetails
Although he could serve as a defender, his ultimate fails against bosses and elites, and overall he has little impact. With many stronger fighters available, I cannot recommend him at all.

ⓘDetails
She is more of a support than a fighter, and her buffs and traits are not strong enough to compensate for her low damage output.

ⓘDetails
A dull kit with no engaging features—just a stat box.

ⓘDetails
She has solid base stats, but she's not a fighter you'll rely on for a long time because she lacks impactful late-game abilities.

ⓘDetails
He isn't special; use him only if he's your first early pull until you get better fighters.

ⓘDetails
.

ⓘDetails
His kit is quirky: he dies, can be redeployed, and his effect ticks down like a living AoE. It’s not efficient—why spend deployment cost repeatedly instead of using a healer or a durable fighter?

ⓘDetails
His pushback is the only appealing aspect, but a manual ultimate from a unit that struggles to sustain and lacks damage isn’t enough to rank him highly.

ⓘDetails
He must die a few times to roll, and his squishy kit makes you question why you aren't running a solid fighter. His passive ultimate only briefly stuns.

ⓘDetails
Instakills scaling with HP sound great, but he only serves as a stat box.

ⓘDetails
.
Healer Class Heroes
Here are all healer class heroes to pick from

ⓘDetails
Dolores' healing alone is insufficient, but her base healing scales with target stats, allowing her to stay viable into end‑game with maxed legendaries. Her ultimate boosts the attack of all allies in range, also scaling with target stats, making it useful throughout the game. Though she has a few successor legendaries, her ease of acquisition and continuous scaling keep her in the top spot.

ⓘDetails
This is essentially the legendary version of Dolores, but if you already have a maxed Dolores, it may not be necessary.

ⓘDetails
Eirlys is the ultimate healer: she reduces damage, heals efficiently, and protects allies from fatal blows. She keeps teammates alive and restores energy within range, making her a top-tier support.

ⓘDetails
Elowyn is the top healer in the game, effective in any team and situation.

ⓘDetails
Artemis is essential for the new Gear Raid meta; keep him to stay competitive.

ⓘDetails
Provides solid healing and damage buffs, but also raises rage.

ⓘDetails
Talula offers buffs, heals, and dispels. Her healing scales with target max HP and her own ATK, but it is primarily over time, so she cannot deliver a burst heal. Her mechanics resemble the legendary Dolores, making her strong but, unless you are power‑creeping, there is little incentive to build her when Dolores is already well‑built. The main advantages are her dispelling and superior ally buffs, but these benefits only justify a heavy investment in the far endgame.

ⓘDetails
Eunomia is a solid end-game healer; I had a lot of fun playing her recently, but she's not a priority early on.

ⓘDetails
I love her design and her ultimate is visually impressive. However, this guide focuses on utility, not aesthetics. Nerissa excels as a boss‑supporter, countering AoE damage and thriving when surrounded by allies. She isn’t the first healer you should pick, but she is the best Ferssi support for boss fights.

ⓘDetails
She deals area damage, but her main value is granting allies fatal immunity. This effect is especially useful when her build triggers a jump that applies the immunity to all allies in range. Her healing is unreliable due to a problematic trigger.

ⓘDetails
Her healing and rage boost make her a versatile hero that fits well with many teams in Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Great ranged healer whose healing scales with max HP. He would rank higher if he had buffs, but as is he is an easy plug-and-play healer.

ⓘDetails
Damage reduction and the passive only affect AoE damage taken; overall, Dolores excels at buffing.

ⓘDetails
Aylin is a pure healer. She offers only raw healing, lacking the buffs found in other Watcher of Realms healers.

ⓘDetails
A powerful ultimate that can heal anywhere on the map, but it is costly to level, offers no buffs to allies, and heals only a single target.

ⓘDetails
Her healing is decent, but dispelling debuffs is currently unnecessary. Her passive defense buff only works if no stronger buff is active, so it often doesn't trigger.

ⓘDetails
She protects and heals allies, but her healing is modest; her main support is boosting survivability against powerful single shots.

ⓘDetails
She provides abundant shielding instead of healing, making her best use to keep your team alive in Gear Raid 2.

ⓘDetails
Provides decent healing and buffs to allies. A solid choice for an epic hero early on, but as the game progresses she struggles to keep the team alive.

ⓘDetails
He works well with the Chaos Dominion team, but outside of that he rarely needs debuff cleansing and his overall healing is modest, so he is not a strong solo healer pick.

ⓘDetails
He has a buff and overflow healing, but his basic attacks don't heal enough to serve as a primary healer. He can be a useful, inexpensive secondary healer, though.

ⓘDetails
A solid early‑game healer, but her single‑target heals lack depth, making it hard to keep up with other healers in Watcher of Realms.
Mage Class Heroes
Here are all mage class heroes to pick from

ⓘDetails
Vierna excels at area damage and wave clearing. She is most effective against Guild Bosses, but remains useful in nearly all Watcher of Realms modes.

ⓘDetails
Beelzebub is a chaotic hero who excels at AoE damage. He boasts an enormous range, and any hero within that range receives the Inspiration effect—just like Dolores. While his range differs slightly from Dolores', he remains a top‑tier AoE damage dealer and a must‑have in any roster.

ⓘDetails
A versatile kit that can switch between AoE lane clearing and single-target focus, but requires a lot of Awakening to perform well.

ⓘDetails
She deals massive AoE damage and excels when paired with Ymiret, turning the fight wild. She’s a great hero for spenders to deploy, but can become overwhelming if pushed too hard.

ⓘDetails
Yes, his kit can be frustrating because of the deployment order and form switching, but once you master it, he becomes a damage monster.

ⓘDetails
Nastya can unleash massive damage when she stacks all her poison effects and synergizes with other poison heroes. She has huge potential and will be crucial in 2025, but you must invest now and pair her with other poison heroes to maximize impact. Be aware of that.

ⓘDetails
Summons become increasingly common, and her debuffs are devastatingly powerful. Absolutely worth building.

ⓘDetails
A solid kit for single-target damage, especially true damage, that can be very helpful.

ⓘDetails
Many people say her range is odd, but you can line up vertical blossoms to slow enemies and deal AoE damage, making her highly effective. She's a great pick if you have summons ready.

ⓘDetails
Deals solid area damage and buffs allies.

ⓘDetails
Solid mage with strong AoE damage that scales well with her summons. Her kit is versatile, making her a well-rounded hero.

ⓘDetails
Xaris is an effective and versatile hero, but her kit requires a warm-up period and is less gradual and straightforward than other mages.

ⓘDetails
Deals high damage, but only to a single target. A solid build, though other heroes can perform similarly.

ⓘDetails
Deals massive AoE damage and applies burn. A powerful damage dealer if you can pull and build him. The downside is the high deploy cost, which can make him unviable due to the long time needed to get him onto the map.

ⓘDetails
Excels in GR1 and is great in Arena; overall a solid package, especially when you can fully leverage freeze synergy.

ⓘDetails
Deals burst area damage and excels against tank enemies.

ⓘDetails
A reliable damage dealer across most game modes, including Gear Raid 1.

ⓘDetails
Excellent for Guild Boss once you have Awakening 1; it supports Zilitu as your damage dealer.

ⓘDetails
Praetus is solid, but some players overhype him; Silas still delivers higher DPS.

ⓘDetails
She stacks Mythic Flame and snowballs, making her useful in many modes, but she isn't a top-tier crusher mage in Watcher of Realms compared to higher-ranked heroes. She's solid, but not essential if you already have a strong lineup.

ⓘDetails
She deals impressive area damage, maintains a clear range, and builds rage to amplify damage to all enemies that enter her zone. Her range could be larger, but overall she is a strong mage hero.

ⓘDetails
Her slow effect and Gear Raid 1 make her a strong choice.

ⓘDetails
Eona delivers strong area-magic damage and can carry games for extended periods in Watcher of Realms before legendary items become essential.

ⓘDetails
Excellent against mob waves, but she must consistently eliminate enemies to reach her full potential.

ⓘDetails
Overall solid, but mainly valuable for its anti‑healing debuff. Currently, few scenarios require heal‑blocking, yet even without a strong area damage dealer, Laseer can still perform well in many magic teams.

ⓘDetails
Excellent single-target magic damage dealer; slightly weakened by Hex, but still effective against Guild Bosses and other PvE content.

ⓘDetails
Strong debuffs and high damage output against Guild Boss.

ⓘDetails
Glacius is a mage with strong crowd control, making him a niche choice for slowing and freezing enemies. His overall damage output is relatively low.

ⓘDetails
When fully built, she can deliver a significant burst of true damage, making her a strong epic hero. I really like her and believe her current ranking is conservative; it could rise. Building her is definitely a good choice.

ⓘDetails
Her kit is solid; building her is fine, but she won't single-handedly change your roster.

ⓘDetails
Kaede has potential but also drawbacks; she shines best in a team built around Chaos Dominion heroes, to be honest.

ⓘDetails
I like the mechanics, but her faction currently lacks the strength for optimal synergies.

ⓘDetails
Strong debuffs and damage, but high placement costs prevent him from ranking higher in Watcher of Realms tier list.

ⓘDetails
The kit is interesting but falls short on damage output, and its control isn't enough to compensate.

ⓘDetails
Her poison synergy is solid, and the build is straightforward, but her poison alone doesn't drastically alter the game.

ⓘDetails
Durza needs more Chaos Faction heroes and extra healing, or he will wipe out your team. If supported, he delivers strong buffs.

ⓘDetails
He has a solid kit with plenty of slows and AoE, but airborne enemies take less damage, reducing his versatility.

ⓘDetails
Whether she is the worst legendary mage or just one of many is debatable, but her kit’s design and scaling will benefit other mages. She simply lacks the damage you need. While she can be built for free, that makes her the most expensive free hero because she is so weak that you waste resources on her.

ⓘDetails
Her freezing and area damage are good, but overall damage drops quickly, leaving her primarily as a freeze and slow tool—an unsatisfactory slot filler.

ⓘDetails
His damage is mediocre, even compared to some epic mages. What sets him apart is the constant slowing effect he applies, which stacks to slow mob waves while your damage dealers finish them off.

ⓘDetails
A straightforward hero whose stats fail to scale, limiting skill impact beyond a certain point.

ⓘDetails
She serves as a rage battery for teammates, but occupying a hero slot for such limited rage generation is questionable. Use a hero that contributes more. Her ultimate restores only 12% rage to two allies, which is modest.

ⓘDetails
The kit is well designed, but overall he lacks impact, so I don't recommend building him.

ⓘDetails
Despite a Lord Skill and a solid kit, his stats and skill multipliers cause him to lose tracking, making him underwhelming after the early game.

ⓘDetails
She seemed promising, but her kit lacks depth and she becomes irrelevant later in the game. I was disappointed.

ⓘDetails
He has potential, but his stats and multipliers prevent him from performing well later in the game and from keeping up with legendary or even strong epic mages in Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Control, support, and damage don't synergize effectively.

ⓘDetails
His kit is odd but not terrible; many better heroes make him less appealing.

ⓘDetails
Despite his appealing design, the lack of attack speed scaling makes him practically unusable.

ⓘDetails
In theory, he could be good if his multipliers were present, but each skill alone is insufficient.

ⓘDetails
I consider Soleil one of the weakest heroes in Watcher of Realms, but I'm willing to die on that hill.
Marksman Class Heroes
Here are all marksman class heroes to pick from

ⓘDetails
He easily earns this rank by dealing massive damage with minimal investment. As a non‑limited hero, he’s a solid choice for all players. He sets the damage benchmark for Abyss 1 and remains exceptionally powerful overall.

ⓘDetails
The headline reads 'Are you out of your mind?!'. This power‑creep hero boasts huge range, massive AoE damage and crowd control. When paired with a shielding hero, the whole team gains extra rage regeneration battlefield-wide.

ⓘDetails
Usable everywhere and essential for Gear Raid III.

ⓘDetails
She is effective but requires some time to learn how her stats scale. Once you use her in the right situations—especially with her summon ultimate—she performs very well. She is also arena-focused, so if arena play isn’t your priority, a pure PvE marksman might be a better choice.

ⓘDetails
Besides his striking design, Vorn is most effective when paired with other poison heroes to maintain poison ticks. Alone, he is decent but not worth the investment.

ⓘDetails
A powerful damage dealer who excels at clearing zones. An exceptional marksman, worth building if you can handle him.

ⓘDetails
Her kit shines best in Arena thanks to her passive. The focus reduction helps against tougher mobs, so building her correctly is worthwhile.

ⓘDetails
Delivers strong ranged magical damage, unlike other ranged heroes in Watcher of Realms who only deal piercing damage.

ⓘDetails
Strong AoE damage dealer, essential for late-game Gear Raid 3 in Watchers of Realms.

ⓘDetails
Setram offers strong single‑target damage and excels at long range, making him a solid choice in Watcher of Realms. His ultimate can serve as a last‑resort option when things get messy.

ⓘDetails
High single-target piercing damage and consistently reliable overall output.

ⓘDetails
He excels at crowd control, but his damage output falls short compared to heroes like Boreas.

ⓘDetails
Talin can act as a marksman or a tank on a ground tile. Rumors that she needs a tank build are false; she converts her attack stats into tank stats, so a dedicated tank build isn’t required. However, she isn’t a full tank that can hold a tile—her kit remains marksman, making her an emergency option. Her flexibility lets her deal serious magic damage as a marksman.

ⓘDetails
Ignore the character design; it's not the focus. Her kit centers on spamming basic attacks, slowing, and freezing enemies. She offers solid damage and useful utility, though she can't match the very top marksmen. Still, she's a reliable hero with plenty of utility, but she won't shift the meta.

ⓘDetails
He has a solid, interesting kit, but like other crossover event heroes, he is not highly relevant to the current meta.

ⓘDetails
Her invisibility makes her a versatile asset in tough areas, and in Guild Raid 3 she is essential for the Watcher of Realms.

ⓘDetails
She builds increasing damage and excels at single‑target DPS in Watcher of Realms. When burst isn’t required—such as against a Guild Boss—she’s an excellent pick.

ⓘDetails
Versatile, especially as an epic hero. Poison ticks well, and targeting plus extra damage are effective—overall a marksman hero worth building.

ⓘDetails
For burst area damage, Maul is an excellent choice. With Awakening, he also gains slow and freeze effects.

ⓘDetails
His piercing and area damage alone make him a strong hero in Watcher of Realms. He can burst for a lot, especially when paired with an attack‑supporting hero.

ⓘDetails
He can burst for massive damage, but needs a healer to keep him alive. His ultimate cleanses and deals heavy damage when used correctly.

ⓘDetails
His slowing and area damage make him a solid pick and an excellent early carry.

ⓘDetails
He is most effective against elites and bosses, where his damage scales. He won't dominate Watcher of Realms, but he's not a bad hero either.

ⓘDetails
Bonding with Kigiri seems appealing, but the bond traits offer little benefit beyond allowing him to solo lanes with ult healing. I view her more as a powercreep than a hero worth investing in for ROI. If you lack Kigiri, skip building her.

ⓘDetails
She needs time to build damage output, triggering her effect multiple times before snowballing. Thus, she excels against large enemies—primarily bosses, especially the Guide Boss, and to a lesser extent in raids and events.

ⓘDetails
She relies on her ultimate to eliminate air units; when used effectively, she excels.

ⓘDetails
Strong single-target damage; save her ultimate to strike anywhere on the map, eliminating waiting bosses and easing your defense.

ⓘDetails
Her passive ultimate requires redeployment to remain active, which also provides a damage boost. I find it hard to rank her because she performs well in many situations and is easy to acquire with the Lord Skill. However, there are many better marksmen that are easier to build and don't need constant redeployment.

ⓘDetails
A marksman who deals magic damage, excels at boss kills, but requires a markman team to perform optimally.

ⓘDetails
She has great range, but her high deployment cost and the presence of more versatile marksmen make her less attractive. Still, she is useful in Gear Raid III for covering a side lane.

ⓘDetails
He does good damage, especially against airborne mobs. The downside is that his ultimate makes him very vulnerable due to self-health reduction.

ⓘDetails
Her magic damage is ineffective in GR3, and her ultimate rage cap is high. She is not the superior Brienne many think.

ⓘDetails
Later in the game, his only real use is overcharging range to handle periodic enemies, which is insufficient for a viable meta spot.

ⓘDetails
A disappointing legendary hero with no viable builds.

ⓘDetails
The kit may be effective early on, but its stats don't scale well enough to have a lasting impact later in the game.

How to Read This Watchers of Realms Heroes Tier List (And Win)
A tier list is only a tool, not a rulebook. If you just blindly pick all the S-Tier heroes, you might still fail if your team synergy is broken. Here is how to actually use the information above to progress your account.
1. The “Dolores” Rule
You will notice Dolores (Healer) is ranked S-Tier, sitting right next to rare Legendaries.
- The Secret: She is an Epic hero, but she is arguably the most important unit in the game for Guild Boss and late-game content. She doesn’t just heal; she transfers a huge chunk of her Attack stats to your DPS heroes.
- The Lesson: Do not ignore Epics. In this Watchers of Realms Heroes Tier List, Epics like Olague (Defender) and Dolores perform better than 80% of the Legendaries. If you have them, build them. Period.
2. Gear Raid Specialists vs. Generalists
Some heroes, like Hatssut or Silas, are “Generalists.” You can drop them anywhere, and they will destroy everything. They are S+ because they save you resources—you build one hero for five game modes.
Others, like Vierna or Khamet, are specialized for AoE (Area of Effect). They are kings of Gear Raid 1 (GR1) but might struggle in single-target Arena fights. When looking at the list, ask yourself: “What content am I stuck on right now?”
- Stuck on GR1? Look for S-Tier Mages.
- Stuck on GR3? Look for S-Tier Marksmen like Idril or Maul.
3. The New “Tactician” Class
You might have noticed a new section for Tacticians like Valara and Rivenhald. This class changes the game mechanics significantly because they can move around the battlefield.
- My Advice: If you pull a Tactician, prioritize them. Their flexibility allows you to cheese mechanics that usually require specific placements. Valara, in particular, is shaping up to be a meta-defining unit because she brings damage and utility to lanes that usually require two separate heroes.

What If My Hero Is Ranked “B” or “C”?
Don’t panic. A “B-Tier” hero isn’t trash; they are just niche.
Take Deimos, for example. He might not be the best for clearing waves of mobs in the Campaign, but against the Guild Boss? He is a monster because his damage scales with HP.
If you are early in the game (Campaign Normal/Hard), a B-Tier fighter like Voroth or Wrath will absolutely carry you. The Watchers of Realms Heroes Tier List becomes much more strict once you hit the “endgame” (Gear Raid 19+, Void Rift Hard). Until then, use who you have, but save your Legendary Skill Crystals for the S-Rankers. Do check the patch notes for new updates in the game from this official fandom page.

Who is the best healer in Watcher of Realms?
Elowyn takes the top spot as an S+ Tier healer effective in every situation, though Eirlys is a close rival for damage reduction.

For the Defender class, Malvira and Erlang Shen (when bonded) are the strongest S-Tier options, while Olague is the undisputed king of Epics.
What are the best team compositions for Watcher of Realms?
Bonded pairs like Lust & Arrogance or Ymiret & Anora are unstoppable, but pairing Dolores with any top-tier DPS like Silas is the essential meta combo.

Is Theowin a good watcher of Realms?
Yes, he is a solid Tier A marksman who excels as an excellent early-game carry due to his slowing effects and area damage.
Who is the strongest S-rank hero?
While it depends on the mode, Hatssut and Silas are widely considered the most broken S+ heroes due to their insane generalist damage output.
Final Words: Play Your Game
I wrote this guide to be the mentor I wish I had when I started. I wasted so many resources on Azhor, thinking he was a cool tank, only to realize Olague (who I got for free!) was ten times better.
Use this list to make smart investments. Focus on your S-Tier carries first, build your supports (Dolores/Hollow) second, and fill the gaps with what you have.
Now, go check your roster, stop building Crach (seriously, don’t do it), and start dominating those raids.
