By the late game, when he can finally equip top gear and regain full power, many players have already switched to other heroes. Mr Freeze is one of the few elite heroes worth using because his ice coffin ability can turn a front-row character into a burst survivor. He’s not for everyday lineups, but if you need to survive high burst, a reasonably built Mr Freeze is a great asset.

I'm disappointed with her. Half her kit is damage‑focused, which she handles poorly as a support. Her buffs are random in target and effect. In short, she is ineffective and only useful as a gap‑filling, class‑restricted team filler.

Backrow targeting is cool, but the damage is modest and the random debuffing doesn’t add much reliability. He’s decent and sometimes useful in teams, but overall he’s not a hero you should overthink. Using his shards to rank up other heroes is usually a safe choice, and you won’t regret it.
