Ekadence AUHSD: How to Copy Modules to Current Classes

Ekadence AUHSD teachers often need to bring a unit into a new class, and the fastest way is to copy modules from a previous year or class to the current class. This guide shows you how to copy modules in Ekadence step by step, with a screenshot for each stage.

Ekadence is the learning platform used by Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD) classes. Copying a module saves hours of rebuilding units, assignments and study guides, and it takes only a few clicks once you know where the Copy to option lives.

  • Both classes already created: the old class you copy from and the current class you copy to.
  • A few minutes, because copying a large module can take a moment to finish.

Tips for Copying Modules in Ekadence

  • Copy one module at a time first, so you can check that everything arrived.
  • Rename the copied module if you keep two similar units in the same class.
  • Review due dates in the new class, because old dates may not match the new year.
  • Copy to more than one class in the same pop-up when you teach several periods.

Ekadence AUHSD Copy Not Working?

  • You cannot find Copy to: make sure you are inside the source class and have faculty access.
  • The new class is missing from the list: check that it has been created and connected for the current term.
  • The module did not appear: refresh the page and open Modules again.
  • Still stuck: contact your school’s technology support or the AUHSD help desk.
