The Puffball can be found easily: just head behind the room with Tralalero Tralala and pick him up beside the fallen tree trunk.
Fishino Clownino
At the corner of the map with Chef Crabracadabra, click the shark fin to teleport to a room with rocks and water. Turn back and check the right corner from spawn to find Fishino Clownino.
Granchiello Spiritelli
At Chef Crabracadabra’s pond, click the crab wearing a golden dollar sign chain to teleport to Granchiello Spiritelli’s room.
Gobblino Uniciclino
Find the U.S. flag on the map corner, click it. A random turkey may spawn on the center catwalk with Brainrots—chase and click it to teleport to Gobblino Uniciclino’s room and pick him up.
Cuadramat and Pakrahmatmamat
Find a pencil on a stand in Overworld spawn, click it to trigger a short parkour. After the run, talk to the NPC, state you can’t chat, answer the math problem (0), and the room with Cuadramat and Pakrahmatmamat opens.
Los Planitos
Fill the spaceship with gas, then board it to travel to space. Find a white NPC at the map edge; speaking to him teleports you to a space parkour and completing it rewards the Los Planitos Brainrot.

Los Quesadillas
Locate the crabs in the lobby pond, click the small rock to enter a secret room, outrun and hide from a crushing wall in a mini‑game where you’ll find Los Quesadillas in one of the cutouts.
Orcaledon
From Los Quesadillas, proceed to the mini‑game’s end, jump onto a secret door, and enter 187 to unlock Orcaldeon.
Los Chihuaninis
Go to the building with red LED poles; use the small gap to enter, click the taco icon to spawn inside the blocked building, press the “Open” button until Chihuanini Taconini appears, click him, and he’ll move you to the yellow room where Los Chihuaninis is.
Centrucci Nuclucci and Los Gattitos
Players must gather rocket fuel in the main lobby to launch into space, then walk to a bunker to obtain the first brain rot. From the moon’s edge they must jump across three moons to reach the Los Gattitos brain rot.
