What Is the Fortnite Pirate Token?

The Pirate Token, shown in game as Pirate Shop Access, is the rarest drop of the Treasure Hunters mini-season. When you activate it, you can claim cosmetics from the Item Shop for free for 14 days, and you keep them forever.

Each token comes with two activations:

2026 activation: November 1 to December 15, 2026.
2027 activation: January 1 to December 15, 2027.

It has limits. You can’t use it for gifting, real-money offers, pass levels, or sidekicks you already own, and you can’t give it to a friend. To use it, open the Item Shop, select Plunder the Item Shop in the bottom-right corner, then Activate Now.

Play public Battle Royale matches. The token can’t drop in Ranked lobbies.

When are the next Treasure Hours?

The first Treasure Hours ran on Saturday, November 7, from 2 to 4 PM ET (1.5x odds) and 9 to 11 PM ET (2x odds). Epic has moved them to Saturdays and says future rates “may be higher”.
