Saints Row 4 Cheat Codes [October 2026]

Saints Row IV is a classic cheat code playground, and this is our complete Saints Row 4 cheat codes reference. We re-verified the full list, and this refresh adds 4 newly confirmed codes: mascot, hohoho, nowardens, and instantwarden. Pause the game, open Extras, then Cheats, and type any code below to unlock cash, superpowers, vehicles, and wild world modifiers.

Cash is your key to unlocking the game’s craziest options. You need it to purchase weapon upgrades, customize your character, and buy vehicle skins. However, the best upgrades and cosmetics can cost over $100,000, which takes time to grind. Luckily, players can use cheat codes to grab a quick stack of cash and unlock a ton of other wild effects. Developer Deep Silver Volition built these codes directly into the game, and we have rounded up all the working cheats below so you can get back to causing mayhem in Steelport.

Get through our Codes Section to check other game codes, including the latest ones like: Tiny Empire, Cuphead, Pokémon Emerald Action Replay, and more.

All Working Saints Row 4 Cheat Codes

The following codes are confirmed to work in all versions of Saints Row IV, including the Re-Elected edition. To use them, simply pause the game and navigate to Extras > Cheats > Add Cheat. Type the code exactly as written and press enter. You will hear a sound confirming activation.

Important Note: Activating any cheat will disable achievements/trophies and auto-saving. You can still save your game manually, but progress made with cheats active will be flagged.

Navigate to Extras: Scroll through the menu options and select “Extras”.
Select Cheats: Inside the Extras menu, find and select the “Cheats” option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do cheat codes disable achievements in Saints Row IV?

Yes. Enabling any cheat code will disable achievements and trophies for that play session. The game also disables auto-saving. To earn achievements again, you must load a save file that has never had cheats activated on it.

Can I use cheat codes on Saints Row IV Re-Elected?

Yes. The Re-Elected edition for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One includes all the original cheat codes. The process to enter them is the same: Pause the game, go to Extras, then Cheats, and enter the code.

How do I disable a cheat after I have activated it?

Most cheats cannot be toggled off individually through the menu. To remove cheats, you must load a previously saved game file that was saved without any cheats active. Some vehicle-specific cheats isquishyou explicitly state they can only be removed by reloading a clean save.

Why is my “goldengun” cheat not working?

The codes goldengun, notrated, and slowmo are tied to the “Silverlink” gameplay feature. You must first unlock these specific cheats by progressing through the story and finding them in the game world before you can use the text codes to activate them.

Are there cheats for unlimited money?

Yes. The primary money cheat is cheese. You can enter this code repeatedly. Each time you type “cheese,” you will receive another $100,000, effectively giving you unlimited money.
