Before proceeding let me tell you one more thing there are two ways to enable and use private mode in Safari. One is that you have to open it through a menu item or you can open it using the command. Why You Should not Clear Web Browsing History too Often!

Thinking of doing some shady searches or feeling naughty. You should never do it in normal Safari Browser windows. The best practice is to use the Private Browsing Tab. Rather than using the regular browser and then removing your History.

Step 1: Click on the File Menu.

Step 2: Now Click on “New Private Window”.

Step 3: After click on New Private Window you’ll see the following message on your browser.

Step 4: Now you are browsing in private mode.

Privacy Mode windows are demonstrated to be private by darkening the address / URL. Safari will keep your browsing history private for all tabs in this window. Safari won’t remember the pages you visit, your search history, or your Autofill information.
