• Change DNS settings to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1).
• Check and update Xbox system software through Settings, System, Updates.
• For PC users: enable Offline Permissions in the Microsoft Store, then reset or repair the Xbox app and Gaming Services app.
• Investigate NAT type, UPnP, and Teredo if the error keeps returning after all above steps.
• Contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com if the error persists after completing all steps.
