All Items in Bizarre Lineage and How to Get Them.
If you want to progress fast in Bizarre Lineage, you need to understand every item in the game. Not just what they are, but where they drop, how to farm them efficiently, and exactly what each one does for your build. Most guides out there give you a basic list and stop there. This guide goes further.
Below you will find every single Bizarre Lineage item across all three categories — Core Items, Essences, and Materials — along with the best methods to obtain them, crafting tips, chest drop breakdowns, and answers to the questions most guides completely ignore.
If you are brand new to the game, make sure to check out our complete Bizarre Lineage beginner’s guide first so you understand the core systems before diving into the item economy.
What Are Items in Bizarre Lineage?

Items in Bizarre Lineage serve several different purposes. Some unlock powerful Stands and Sub-Abilities. Others are crafting components you collect from chests and use at the Gupta NPC. A third category — Essences — lets you reroll and reset your character stats, Stand stats, and cosmetics.
Understanding which items matter at each stage of the game is what separates players who progress smoothly from players who waste their resources early on.
There are three main item categories in Bizarre Lineage:
- Core Items — Stand Arrows, Lucky Arrows, Stone Masks, Chests, and special event items
- Essences — Reroll and reset consumables for stats, skins, and Stand properties
- Materials — Crafting components used at the Gupta NPC to build chests, mounts, and quest items

Where to Find the Gupta NPC (Crafting Location)
Before anything else, you need to know where the Gupta NPC is. He is the only crafting NPC in the game and handles all material-based crafting recipes.
Gupta can be found in two locations:
- Location 1: A general store roughly 800 meters from the spawn area near Morioh Station. Look for level 18 red-uniformed Prisoner enemies nearby — that is how you know you are close.
- Location 2: Inside the fortress at the back of the Graveyard. Take the bus to Bus Stop 18 and head to the first right-hand turn inside the graveyard. Look for Cultist Leaders (level 35 enemies) as a landmark.
Gupta can craft Common Chests, Rare Chests, Legendary Chests, and the Plank Skateboard. All recipes require the Materials listed in the section below. Keep him bookmarked early — you will visit him constantly throughout the game.
For a full breakdown of every NPC and their exact bus stop locations, see our Bizarre Lineage NPC locations map guide.
Core Items in Bizarre Lineage
Core items are the most important items in the game. They directly affect your Stand, unlock Sub-Abilities, and determine what loot you receive from chests.
| Item | Rarity | What It Does | How to Get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stand Arrow | Uncommon | Gives you a random Stand | Ground spawns near bus stops, Common/Rare/Legendary Chests, quests |
| Stone Mask | Rare | Unlocks the Vampire Sub-Ability | Robux Shop, Common/Rare/Legendary Chests |
| Lucky Arrow | Legendary | Gives your Stand a random skin without replacing it | Legendary Chests, Raid Shop, Prestige Shop |
| Common Chest | Common | Contains random Common-tier loot | Quest rewards, mission drops, raid drops |
| Rare Chest | Rare | Contains random Rare-tier loot | Quest rewards, mission drops, raid drops |
| Legendary Chest | Legendary | Contains random Legendary-tier loot | Quest rewards, mission drops, raid drops |
| DIO’s Diary | Mythical | Required for Pucci’s Quest (Journey to Heaven evolution) | DIO’s Raid drop, Legendary Chest |
| Red Stone of Aja | Secret | x2 Legendary Skin chance, x2 Conjuration speed, +1% Lucky Arrow spawn rate per stack | Robux Shop only |
Stand Arrow — The Most Important Item in the Game
The Stand Arrow is the item you will spend the most time farming in Bizarre Lineage. Every time you use one, you receive a random Stand pulled from the rarity pool. If you already have a Stand equipped and you use an Arrow without storing your current Stand first, you will permanently lose your existing Stand.
The fastest way to farm Stand Arrows is the bus stop rotation method. Take the bus to any stop, rotate your camera to scan the ground near the stop, then immediately take the bus to the next stop and repeat. Stand Arrows spawn randomly on the ground near bus stops across Morioh-cho, and this rotation covers more ground than running.
You can also get Stand Arrows from:
- Opening any chest tier (Common, Rare, or Legendary)
- Completing story quests with Jotaro Kujo and other NPCs
- Meteor shower events that spawn at Bus Stop 1
If you want to know which Stands are worth chasing with your arrows, check out our Bizarre Lineage Stand tier list before you start rolling.
Lucky Arrow — Why It Is Different From a Regular Stand Arrow

Most players confuse Lucky Arrows with Stand Arrows. They are not the same thing.
A regular Stand Arrow rerolls your Stand and gives it no skin. A Lucky Arrow also rerolls your Stand but guarantees a random skin on whichever Stand you roll. The Stand chances are equal across both arrow types, but the Lucky Arrow adds cosmetic value on top of that.
Lucky Arrows are one of the most valuable items in the game for this reason. You can buy them from the Raid Shop using Raid Tokens or find them inside Legendary Chests. The Red Stone of Aja item (Robux-only) increases the rate at which Lucky Arrows spawn in your server by 1% per stack, which makes it a worthwhile Robux investment for serious farmers.
Stone Mask — How to Unlock Vampire

The Stone Mask is a Rare-tier item that unlocks the Vampire Sub-Ability when used. Vampire is one of the strongest Sub-Abilities in the game, giving you powerful healing, ranged attacks, and melee moves based on Part 1 of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
You can get the Stone Mask from any chest tier (Common, Rare, or Legendary), but the drop rates are low. The most reliable method is purchasing it directly from the Robux Shop if you want it quickly.
DIO’s Diary — The Key to Pucci’s Quest

DIO’s Diary is a Mythical-tier item with only one use: it is required for Pucci’s Quest, which is the gateway to the Journey to Heaven evolution path. This is a late-game evolution system that changes your Stand into a more powerful form.
You get DIO’s Diary from two sources: DIO’s Raid (as a boss drop) or from Legendary Chests as a rare pull. Since Legendary Chests are not cheap to farm or craft, running DIO’s Raid is generally the more efficient method once you are strong enough.
Red Stone of Aja — Is It Worth Buying?
The Red Stone of Aja is the only item in Bizarre Lineage that is exclusively Robux-locked. It stacks, meaning every additional Red Stone you equip multiplies the bonuses further.
Each Red Stone gives you:
- x2 Legendary Skin chance (stacking)
- x2 Stand Conjuration progression speed (stacking)
- +1% chance for Lucky Arrows to spawn on your server (stacking)
For players focused on Conjuration grinding or skin hunting, the Red Stone is the single highest-impact Robux purchase in the game. For casual players, it is not necessary.
Chests — What Each Tier Drops

Chests are the backbone of the Bizarre Lineage item economy. Everything from crafting materials to Stand Arrows to DIO’s Diary can drop from chests. Here is what you need to know about each tier:
Common Chest — Drops Common and Uncommon materials. Lowest chance for Stand Arrows. Crafted by Gupta or obtained from basic quests and missions.
Rare Chest — Drops Uncommon and Rare materials plus a higher chance for Stand Arrows. Crafted by Gupta or obtained from harder missions and low-level raids.
Legendary Chest — The most valuable chest tier. Can drop Lucky Arrows, DIO’s Diary, Legendary-tier materials, and has the highest Stand Arrow drop rate. Obtained from high-tier missions, raids, and crafted by Gupta using Legendary materials.
You can also craft chests directly at the Gupta NPC using your collected materials. This is useful when you have stockpiled a lot of crafting components and want to turn them into usable loot efficiently.
Essence Items in Bizarre Lineage
Essences are consumable items that let you reroll, reset, or modify your Stand and character. They are mostly obtained from the Prestige Shop, Rahaj’s Shop, or the Robux Shop. Most Essences are Mythical-tier, making them rare and valuable.
| Item | Rarity | What It Does | How to Get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stat Point Essence | Mythical | Resets all your Stat Points so you can redistribute them | Prestige Shop, Rahaj’s Shop, Robux Shop |
| Stand Skin Essence | Secret | Resets your current Stand Skin | Prestige Shop, Robux Shop |
| Stand Stat Essence | Mythical | Rerolls your Stand’s stat grades (Attack, Speed, Special) | Prestige Shop, Robux Shop |
| Stand Personality Essence | Mythical | Rerolls your Stand’s Personality type | Prestige Shop, Robux Shop |
| Stand Conjuration Essence | Mythical | Instantly maxes out your current Stand’s Conjuration level | Prestige Shop, Rahaj’s Shop, Robux Shop |
| Custom Clothing Essence | Secret | Replaces your in-game character appearance with your Roblox avatar | Robux Shop only |
Which Essence Should You Buy First?
This depends entirely on where you are in your progression. Here is a quick breakdown:
If your stats feel wrong: Use the Stat Point Essence to fully reset your distribution and rebuild your build from scratch. This is useful if you accidentally dumped early levels into Weapon when you wanted a Stand-based build.
If your Stand’s stats are bad: Use the Stand Stat Essence to reroll Attack, Speed, and Special grades. Stands have A/B/C/S stat grades, and the difference between an S-grade and a C-grade Attack stand is massive in PvP.
If your Stand’s Personality is wrong: Use the Stand Personality Essence. Personality types affect passive bonuses and certain conditional moves.
If you want to skip grinding: Use the Stand Conjuration Essence to instantly max out your Conjuration and unlock every move on your current Stand. This is the most time-saving Essence in the game.
If you want your Roblox avatar cosmetics: The Custom Clothing Essence is a purely cosmetic Robux-only purchase with no gameplay impact.
To understand how Stand Stat grades and Personalities affect your overall build value, see our Bizarre Lineage value list for a full breakdown.
How to Access the Prestige Shop
The Prestige Shop is accessed through the Arch Mage NPC at TC Hospital (Bus Stop 10). You can only use the Prestige Shop after you have Prestiged at least once, which requires reaching the maximum level and spending 10,000 Cash at the Arch Mage.
After Prestiging, you receive Prestige Points that can be spent in the Prestige Shop on Essences and other exclusive items.
Material Items in Bizarre Lineage
Materials are crafting components used exclusively at the Gupta NPC. They drop from chests and are also occasionally rewarded through quests. You cannot use Materials directly — their only function is as crafting ingredients.

The Maigot Recipe — What Competitors Miss
The Maigot Recipe is listed in most guides as just a crafting item, but there is more to it. This item is specifically tied to the Tonio Trussardi quest chain — you cannot complete that quest without it. To get the Maigot Recipe, you do not open a chest. You go to the Mr. Rengatei NPC and talk to him. He gives it to you directly as part of the quest dialogue.
This is one of the most commonly confused items for new players who try to farm it from chests and wonder why it never drops.
The Burner Phone — The Odd One Out
The Burner Phone is the only Material item in the game that does not drop from chests at all. It is dropped exclusively by Mafia enemies during the Mafia questline. If you need Burner Phones and are not getting them, make sure you are actually fighting Mafia NPCs and not just grinding any enemy.
DIO’s Bone — Only One Source
Similarly, DIO’s Bone is the only Legendary Material that does not drop from regular chests. It comes specifically from DIO’s Raid. Plan for this when you need it for crafting or quests — you cannot grind your way to it from chests alone.
How to Farm Materials Efficiently
The fastest way to stack materials is through the main storyline quests and gang-affiliated quests. These reward a mix of chest types and sometimes direct material drops, and they are faster than chest grinding alone. A few sessions of quest completion should net you more than enough materials to craft whatever you need at Gupta.
Opening Rare and Legendary Chests gives the best material quality. If you have stockpiled Common materials but need higher-tier ones, running raids and harder missions is the most efficient upgrade path.
Weapons in Bizarre Lineage
Weapons are a separate category that most item guides barely mention. They can play a real role in certain builds, especially if your Stand benefits from weapon synergy.
| Weapon | How to Get |
|---|---|
| Stop Sign | DIO’s Raid Shop (Raid Tokens) |
| Shadow Axe | DIO’s Raid Shop (Raid Tokens) |
| Odachi | Miyamoto Boss drop (0.5%–1% drop chance) |
| Katana | Drops from Samurai enemies |
| Hammer | Dedequan Questline reward |
| Luck & Pluck | Bruford Questline reward |
The Odachi has the lowest drop rate of any item in the game at 0.5%–1% from the Miyamoto Boss. If you want it, prepare to farm Miyamoto many times. The Katana is much easier to get by simply fighting Samurai enemies around Morioh-cho.
The Stop Sign and Shadow Axe from DIO’s Raid Shop are reliable endgame weapons you can target-buy with saved Raid Tokens. The Hammer and Luck & Pluck are quest-locked, meaning you have to progress their respective NPC storylines to receive them.
How to Get the Plank Skateboard (Crafted Item)
The Plank Skateboard is the only craftable mount in the game and is one of the most important early-game items to prioritize. It significantly increases your movement speed around Morioh-cho, making everything from NPC hunting to item farming faster.
To craft it, talk to Gupta at either of his locations and select the Skateboard crafting option. The required materials are all obtainable from the main storyline quests, so you should be able to craft it relatively early without grinding chests specifically for it.
Once crafted, equip the Skateboard from your inventory and press B to ride it.
There is also an alternative method: travel to the market area near Bus Stop 1 and find a purple NPC called Zuleima. Talk to her and ask for her skateboard. She will refuse and assign you a PvP quest — defeat 5 players in PvP to complete it. Finish the quest and she hands over the skateboard. This path is faster if you are already comfortable with PvP.
Chest Farming Tips — How to Get Items Faster
Opening chests is the core activity behind most of the Bizarre Lineage item economy. Here is how to maximize your chest acquisition:
Do story quests first. Early main quests with NPCs like Jotaro Kujo, Koichi Hirose, and Joseph Joestar reward chests directly. These are the most efficient chests you will ever earn because you get them as a byproduct of leveling up.
Run raids for Rare and Legendary Chests. Raids drop significantly better chests than regular missions. Even lower-tier raids give Rare Chests as rewards, and D-rank performance still counts for a drop.
Craft chests with excess materials. Once you have stacked more Common materials than you need, take them to Gupta and convert them into crafted chests. This turns low-value inventory clutter into usable loot.
Farm the meteor shower event. Meteor showers at Bus Stop 1 are competitive in public servers, but they drop Legendary Chests and high-value items on the ground. Always rush to this event when it is announced.

Can You Trade Items in Bizarre Lineage?
No. As of March 2026, there is no trading system in Bizarre Lineage. You cannot send items to other players or exchange them. This means every valuable item you obtain — Stand Arrows, Lucky Arrows, Essences — has to be earned by your own account.
The developers have not confirmed whether trading will be added in a future update, but it is a heavily requested feature in the Discord community. Check the official Bizarre Lineage Trello board and Discord for any future announcements.
Can You Get Free Items From Codes?
Sometimes. When active, Bizarre Lineage codes can reward free Stand Arrows, Cash, and chest drops. At launch, no codes were active. The developers are expected to release codes as the game grows. Check our Bizarre Lineage codes page — we update it whenever new codes drop so you never miss a freebie.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the rarest item in Bizarre Lineage? The Red Stone of Aja is classified as Secret rarity — the highest tier in the game. However, since it is purchased directly from the Robux Shop, it is not “rare” in the traditional drop sense. Among farmable items, DIO’s Diary and Legendary Essences from the Prestige Shop are the hardest to obtain without spending Robux.
Where do Stand Arrows spawn on the ground? Stand Arrows spawn randomly near bus stops around Morioh-cho. The bus stop rotation method — riding the bus between stops and scanning the ground at each one — is the fastest way to farm ground spawns.
What is the fastest way to get a Lucky Arrow? Running raids and saving Raid Tokens to buy Lucky Arrows from the Raid Shop is the most consistent method. Legendary Chests also have a Lucky Arrow drop chance, but it is not guaranteed.
Do Materials expire or take up inventory space permanently? Materials stay in your inventory until you use them at Gupta for crafting. There is no expiry. You can safely stockpile them over time without losing progress.
What happens if I use a Stand Arrow without storing my current Stand? Your current Stand is permanently replaced. Always store your Stand in Stand Storage before rolling a new one if you want to keep it.
Is the Custom Clothing Essence worth buying? It is purely cosmetic. If you want your Roblox avatar appearance in-game instead of the default character skin, it is worth it. For gameplay purposes, it has zero impact.
How do I get more Stand Storage slots? You start with 2 Stand Storage slots. You can earn additional slots by Prestiging (each Prestige grants 1 bonus slot) or purchasing extra slots for 398 Robux per slot from the in-game shop.
