How Relationships Work

Hearts: each woman has six. That makes 72 in total, and you should have all 72 when the story ends.
Kama Sutra pages: five per woman (four solo, one shared). A woman will not do anything on a booty call without at least one of her pages. Locations are on our chest key and page list.
Booty calls: once you have her number, call from your phone. She will only come in if your home meets her standards, so buy upgrades at Squallmart.
Outfits: each woman has an alternative outfit sold at Squallmart.
Profiles: a normal profile and a bonus profile per woman. The bonus unlocks after six hearts, the normal profile and the outfit.

Jessica gives an Intelligence boost and has seven unique treatments, including Green Ginseng, Red Ginseng and Maca, which need plants.
Emily runs Squallmart, where tools, ore, outfits and home upgrades are sold.
Tasha serves drinks at the bar and hands out the Death Doll after you find the Bar Key.
Madalyn is central to the Church and pirate storyline.
Sofia owns the Mansion, which hides the Fountain of Youth and several late-game items.

Evie and the Supporting Cast

Evie is the spirit in your Soul Crystal. She guides you through the story, and her own photos and profile come from the Ancient Temple puzzles.
Ash trades items and photos and pulls you into the Church key plan.
Albert lives in the Lighthouse and swaps you the Binoculars for Dark Rum.
Jim runs the Bait Shop and pays fishing bounties; see the fishing guide.
Michael is the Estero State Park ranger.

Finishing Every Relationship

For 100% completion you need 72 hearts, all 60 Kama Sutra pages, a solo booty call with each woman (shared scenes do not count), every outfit and both profiles for all twelve. Collecting every profile also unlocks temple puzzle 40.

Alia

Met on Estero Key early on; one of the first numbers you get. She is easy to impress with basic house upgrades (walkway, fence, flowers).

Clare

A rival treasure hunter whose group clears scorpion rooms in Estero State Park ahead of you. Her story runs through the Caverns.

Diana

The Library owner who buys your talismans and helps decode artefacts such as the Pirate Medallion.

Emily

Works at Squallmart. Her early quest asks for Ginseng and Philweed, and she sells many tools you need.

Janet and Kaley

Both live at Janet’s Home, which you visit in the first hour for the Room Key quest and chalkboard number.

Jessica

Dr. Jessica Amor at the Doctor’s Office. You need Insurance before she will treat a scorpion sting.

You cannot build every relationship at once, because many hearts are tied to story items. Diana, Tasha and Clare follow the Caverns and Church chapters, while Madalyn and Sofia come last with the pirate and Mansion storylines.
