Elements and team building
Every character has one of four elements: Passion, Will, Reason or Drive. Matching the element the enemy is weak to gives a damage boost, so it pays to build at least two teams. Characters also sit in the front, middle or back row, and a good team has a tank in front, damage in the middle and supports in the back.
| Element | Characters |
|---|---|
| Passion | Ines, Kouchou (Halloween), Oblia, Casey, Sophia, Emily, Kouchou, Midwen, Airen, Aronne, Claire, Treache |
| Will | Charlotte, Isabel, Victoria, Estelle, Jennie, Kage, Rona, Dan Xi, Marcia, Reanna, Sir Romance, Suji |
| Reason | Bianca, Lumina, Mane, Freya, Theta, Claire (Swimsuit), Elisia, Gin, Kasa, Mane (Swimsuit), Valentina |
| Drive | Yuria, Dan Xi (Halloween), Lafine, Lucia, Chise, Eileen, Hari, Mio, Shizuku, Caren, Hinata, Laila, Rana, Sera, Seven |
How to use this Make Drama MAD tier list
This Make Drama MAD tier list ranks characters for general PVE content. A lower ranked character can still be the right pick when their element beats the enemy, so check the element table before you skip someone. Use the job filter to make sure every team has damage, a support and a tank.
Free-to-play players should level one S+ support and one S+ or S damage dealer first. Most of the characters at the top of this Make Drama MAD tier list are SSR, but Lumina, Kage and Rona are R and SR units that still rank well.
Best reroll targets
If you are rerolling, aim for Ines or Charlotte first: both are supports that fit almost any team. Victoria, Estelle and Yuria are the best damage dealers to pair with them.
How we ranked
For this Make Drama MAD tier list we used three current tier lists: Loot & Waifus (five tiers, T0 to T4), MuMu Player (updated October 10, 2026) and game.guide (updated November 5, 2026). Each tier became a score from 5 (top) to 1 (bottom), and every character got the average. Isabel and Halloween Kouchou are newer and are not on every list yet, so their score uses the lists that rank them.
