Valorant Agent 31 Leaked Ahead Of Oct 18 Shanghai Reveal: Chinese Duelist Kit, Sage Lore Connection & Abilities
Riot Games has officially revealed VALORANT’s Agent 31: Hush, a reality-bending Duelist hailing from Guangdong, China. The reveal happened today (Sunday, October 18) when Riot premiered the official cinematic trailer RISE AND FALL during the VALORANT Champions 2026 Shanghai Grand Final broadcast, ahead of the LOUD vs Team Vitality grand final. Hush joins the roster on October 27 and can be unlocked via her Agent Recruitment Event, an Xbox Game Pass link, 10,000 Kingdom Credits, or 1,000 VP.
Teasers from Riot’s official Investigate the Scene Pop-Up at Waji Cafe in Shanghai had already blown the lid off her look: long white hair with pink and purple undertones, glowing pink eyes, and a black outfit ringed by glowing pink geometric shards — with earlier lore clues tying her jade-green radianite pendant to Sage’s backstory.

Appearance & The “Sage Green Orb” Lore Connection
Teaser props and artwork displayed inside the Waji Café investigation room in Shanghai depict Agent 31 with striking long white hair, glowing violet/purple eyes, and a pendant holding a jade-green radianite orb identical in material to Sage’s healing and resurrection orbs.
Lore clues at the café suggest Agent 31 represents the offensive counterpart to Sage’s defensive radianite mastery—channeling unstable kinetic and phase energy rather than restoration.
Hush Abilities: Riot’s Official Kit, Confirmed
Riot followed the RISE AND FALL cinematic with an official abilities video on the VALORANT YouTube channel, confirming Hush’s full kit and dropping the leak framing for good. The footage-reported names were right. Her kit is built around telekinesis, and three of her five abilities can be steered with your crosshair after they leave her hand. Hush is VALORANT’s 30th playable agent and its ninth Duelist, and the third agent from China after Sage and Iso.
Telekinesis (Passive): Hush can pick up weapons and the Spike, and interact with switches, from farther away than other agents.
Displacement (E, Signature): Throw it, or use alt fire to prepare it, then reactivate mid-flight to direct it toward your crosshair. It explodes on impact or after a short delay, pulling players toward its center. Anyone slammed into a surface or another player is concussed. The ability refreshes after every two kills.
Flashbulb (Q): Handled the same way as Displacement. Throw it or prepare it, redirect it toward your crosshair, and it explodes on impact or after a delay, flashing players who are looking at it.
Flow (C): Instantly creates an anchor. If Hush is in the air, she briefly levitates in place, and after a short delay she propels herself toward the anchor. It is her only true movement tool.
Suspension (X, Ultimate): Hush prepares Suspension instantly, then sends it forward while steering it with her crosshair. Reactivate the ability or fire again to detonate it, levitating every player caught in the blast.
Riot has not published ranges, durations or ability costs yet, so the hard numbers will have to wait for the patch notes. Hush is reported to join the roster on October 27 in the Americas and October 28 in other regions, though Riot has not posted the exact launch date itself.
